At HSRP Portal, we aim to offer transparent services and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation policy:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking if processing has not started.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation approval.
- Refunds may not be possible once your HSRP plate has been manufactured or dispatched.
- Any applicable bank or payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
